FAQ's

How it works:

1 week before picture day your child will bring home your order envelope. Packages range from $35 - $95 dollars. Other available products include single prints, class photos and key chains, which require a package purchase. Make sure to send in your order envelope and payment with your child on picture day.

1 week after picture day you will be notified by email that your child’s online gallery is available to view. Each child will have between 10 and 20 color and black & white images in their gallery for you to choose from. You will have 1 week to select the image or images to fulfill your package.
 
Do we need to purchase before we see the images?YES. We do ask that you choose one package and send in payment on picture day. However, you will be able to choose the image we use to fulfill the package as well as upgrade to another package and/or order add on items.
 
Can I upgrade my package after I see the images?YES. Simply place your order online and we will contact you if there is a difference. 
Can we order more pictures after the deadline?YES. One week from picture day your school's proofing gallery will be available for viewing. It will remain open for 1 week, in which time you will make your selections. If you wish to order additional prints after that time, you may do so.

Can siblings be photographed together?YES. If you have multiple children who attend the school, please make sure to inform their teachers that you would like sibling shots so that we may accommodate accordingly.

Can we view additional poses online?YES. We will have a private online proofing gallery for your school. You will be able to login and choose your poses and options.
 
Do you have holiday cards available?YES. We have many custom designs available that can be ordered using an image from the school’s session. Contact us for details and order information.
Do I get to choose more than one pose?YES. Depending on the package you choose. Package B includes 3 poses. Packages A & C include 2 poses. Packages D & E include 1 pose.
 
What if I don’t find an image that I am happy with?
Satisfaction is guaranteed with Maureen Jeffery Photography. In the rare occasion that a parent is unhappy with the images of their child, we work with each family individually to resolve any issue. If necessary, a refund will be provided minus a $10 sitting fee.
